Your staff are wonderful, and their service is exceptional. Geoff and Billy on our lift. Tash and lovely Kimberley and of course Travis who came to our rescue when we had an issue going back to water on Friday. They are always offering assistance and suggestions. We have been coming to GCCM for 5 years and will be back again. Your business is only as good as the staff and all too often staff are not commended on their services and kindness. Yours are the best. Thank you all.

We’ve been to a lot of Shipyards and the experience we have had at GCCM has been fantastic. To have all of the trades within a couple of hundred metres of the boat and world class trades that know what they’re doing, it’s been a great result and I am really happy.
The keel pit at GCCM is an incredible asset. Due to it and the wide range of trades at GCCM, we were able to get so much done and now there is a substantial difference in boat speed as a direct result of that work. Bumblebee 4 achieved her goal and gave us at least one extra knot of speed which our competitors noticed. We were happy to tell them it came down to the refit. Bumblebee 4 is as good as the day she was launched in 1979 – if not better – and this is all due to the help from everyone at GCCM.

It is a privilege to own a vessel like Blue Goose and her latest refit was a chance to reinvent the way a boat like Blue Goose can be used. The entire project team led by Black Joe have done an amazing job. I would especially like to thank Glance Phipps from AME for not only his hours of work but the pride and passion he poured into this project. What started out as the headache nobody wanted to take on has become the darling of GCCM. The group of people that come together at GCCM are the best in the business. It’s only at GCCM you can even dream of undertaking such a project and the result is the proof in the pudding.”

We had heard about this oasis up north where nothing was too difficult, the facility was expansive, and they would fit around your schedule. We didn’t quite believe it. When we arrived, the yard was a hive of activity and yet organised. To lift us, we needed to remove the back stay and within minutes, Travis had the rigger down to remove it for us.

We needed to paint the yacht. Yet we did not want the hassle of removing the mast so when Travis suggested tenting her on the yard to save on the cost of removing the mast and the expense of a shed hire, we had confidence GCCM knew what was needed.

We were conscious of our budget and were keen to do as much as we could ourselves. The GCCM team was so accommodating, helpful and supportive of allowing us to do this. The yard guys are great. We could easily find everything we needed. It was so easy to get things done. It seems like anytime we need something or some assistance, the solutions appeared.

After a long sailing voyage, GCCM was just the tonic we needed. The warm, friendly and helpful staff made our 3 day stay relaxing and enjoyable right from the start. Holly welcomes us with great enthusiasm and provided us with all of the local information we needed. The use of the courtesy car was a real bonus for getting essential boat bits and groceries. Thank you GCCM for your fabulous service. We’ll be back!
