Your staff are wonderful, and their service is exceptional. Geoff and Billy on our lift. Tash and lovely Kimberley and of course Travis who came to our rescue when we had an issue going back to water on Friday. They are always offering assistance and suggestions. We have been coming to GCCM for 5 years and will be back again. Your business is only as good as the staff and all too often staff are not commended on their services and kindness. The keel pit at GCCM is an incredible asset. Due to it and the wide range of trades at GCCM, we were able to get so much done and now there is a substantial difference in boat speed as a direct result of that work. Bumblebee 4 achieved her goal and gave us at least one extra knot of speed which our competitors noticed. We were happy to tell them it came down to the refit. Bumblebee 4 is as good as the day she was launched in 1979 – if not better – and this is all due to the help from everyone at GCCM.

What started out as the headache nobody wanted to take on has become the darling of GCCM.  The group of people that come together at GCCM are the best in the business. We had heard about this oasis up north where nothing was too difficult, the facility was expansive, and they would fit around your schedule.  We didn’t quite believe it.  When we arrived, the yard was a hive of activity and yet organised.  To lift us, we needed to remove the back stay and within minutes, Travis had the rigger down to remove it for us.

We needed to paint the yacht.  Yet we did not want the hassle of removing the mast so when Travis suggested tenting her on the yard to save on the cost of removing the mast and the expense of a shed hire, we had confidence GCCM knew what was needed.
